On November 4, 2013, peacefully in hospital at Wolverhampton, George Smith, of Tettenhall Wood, Wolverhampton, aged 85 years.

The Husband of the late Joyce Smith and the loving Father of Nigel and Jeremy.

Funeral Serviceat Telford Crematorium (TF2 9NJ), on Friday, November 15, at 1pm.

Family flowers only by request please but donations for Ward C22, at New Cross Hospital NHS Trust at Wolverhampton, are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium.
