Passed away in Russells Hall Hospital, on July 20, 2013, aged 50 years.
Beloved Son of Jean and the late Derrick and Brother of Lyn, Brother-in-law of Bryan and Uncle to Oliver.
Funeral Service, Wednesday, August 7, at Gornal Wood Crematorium Chapel, at 11.40am.
Donations to Cystic Fibrosis Trust would be greatly appreciated in lieu of flowers.
