Of Heath Hayes. Passed away on June 6, 2013. Former Nurse of St Matthew's Hospital, Burntwood. Will be sadly missed by Vijay, the Boys, Sisters and Family.
Funeral Service will take place at St John's Church, Heath Hayes on Monday, June 17, at 1.30pm, followed by Cremation at Streetly Crematorium.
