Sadly passed away on April 7, 2013, aged 77 years.
Deeply missed by all Family and Friends.
Funeral Service to be held at St. Chad's Church, Pattingham, 12 noon, on Friday, April 12, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel.
Family flowers only.
