David John Tragically passed away on August 16, aged 70 years.

His Family and Friends are heartbroken.

Dave was loved by all who knew him and will be missed by all his Friends and Family.

The Funeral Service will be held at Cannock Crematorium on Tuesday, September 17 at 3.30pm.

Family flowers only by request, but donations if desired to Midlands Air Ambulance.
