Geoffrey I would like to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart who attended my Husband Geoff's Funeral on Monday, June 13.

Also everyone who couldn't make you were not forgotten. There were far too many Family members and Friends to mention individually but I feel I must say a special thank you to Cannock Chase Crematorium, Halliwells Funeral Directors, Charlie Jordan, Celebrant, Chase Town Football Club, D & P Rogers Catering, NHS, Darwin Practice, Burton Hospital, St Giles Hospice, District Nurses. You all fought so hard to prolong Geoff's life and gave him the most compassionate, love and care at his life's end.

I was overwhelmed at just how many Family members and Friends attended Geoff's Funeral.

He was so well loved and deservedly so. The loss of Geoff to all of us was so heart breaking and hard to come to terms with, but with the help and love of you all, we will move forward. I feel blessed.

Please remember Geoff for being kind, loving and living life to the full. Also for his smile and jokes, raise a glass to him - with a smile too.
