Sadly passed away peacefully at home on May 15, 2022, aged 64 years.

Funeral Service is to be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel at 11.15am, followed by Burial at Bushbury Cemetery at 12 noon.
