Geoffrey William Passed peacefully away on April 3, aged 80 years.

Funeral Service to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Monday, April 25, at 3.30pm.

Donations if desired, to The Palliative Care Team can be placed in the donations box at the end of the Service.

We stood beside your bedside till the very end, now our hearts are broken, and will never mend.

We seek comfort in the belief that you are reunited with Nan, Grandad, Auntie Phylis, Uncle Brian, Auntie Shelia, Uncle Clifford and our Mal.

All laughing till you cry, as only a Mantle can.
