Sadly passed away at Walsall Palliative Care, Goscote Hospice on Wednesday, July 14, 2021, aged 78 years.

The Funeral Service and Committal will take place at Bushbury Crematorium on Friday, July 30, 2021 at 12.15pm.

By Family request no floral tributes welcome but donations if desired to Walsall Hospitals NHS Trust General Charitable Fund - Walsall Hospice.
