Passed peacefully away at New Cross on December 30.
Will be greatly missed by Husband Alan, Son and Daughter-in-law Steve and Tara, Grandchildren James, Adam and Bethan.
Funeral at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, Monday, January 27, 2.15pm.
No flowers please.
