Passed away suddenly on Friday, November 9, 2012, at Russells Hall Hospital.

Funeral Service, Friday, November 23, at St Chad's Church, Coseley, at 10.45am, followed by Cremation, at Gornal Wood Crematorium, at 11.40am.

All welcome at Coseley Working Mens Club, following the Service.

Family flowers only, donations if desired to Vascular Ward, New Cross Hospital c/o Daughters Jackie, Kerry and Lisa.
