Formerly of Great Wyrley and Blackpool.
Passed away peacefully at home on Friday, October 11, 2019, aged 84 years.
Dearly loved and sadly missed by his Wife Dorothy, Daughters Julie and Dawn and all Family and Friends.
The Funeral Service will be held at 12 noon on Monday, November 4 at St Mark's Church, Great Wyrley, WS6 6LJ, followed by Cremation at Telford Crematorium, TF2 9NJ.
No flowers please by request of the Family but donations to Blackpool Victoria Hospital Cardiac Centre would be greatly appreciated and collection boxes will be provided.
