The Cremation will be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 11am.
Family flowers only please.
Donations in memory of Sylv made payable to Macmillan Cancer Support can be placed in the donation box at the Funeral.
By Sylv's request, bright coloured clothing preferred at the Funeral.
