Sadly passed away peace- fully at home on August 20, 2019, aged 87 years.
Funeral to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Friday, September 20, 2019 at 2.10pm.
Flowers welcome or, if preferred, donations in memory of Sylv made payable to Dementia UK can be placed in the donation box at the Funeral.
