Rosemary Helen Passed away peacefully on August 3, 2019, aged 72 years.

Funeral Service to be held at St Thomas Church, Wednesfield on Thursday, August 29 at 10.15am, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel.

Black clothing optional at Family's request.

Sadly missed by loving Husband Peter and Sons Peter, Paul, David and Matthew.

Flowers welcome, donations if desired payable to Alzheimer's Research UK.
