Derek Sadly passed away on Monday, July 22, 2019, aged 92 years.

A much loved Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather.

The Funeral Service will take place at Streetly Crematorium, West Chapel on Wednesday, August 14, at 10.45am.

Family flowers by request.

Donations if desired in memory of Derek, gratefully received for Prostate, Parkinsons and The British Heart Foundation Charities.
