John Samuel Sadly passed away at Russells Hall Hospital, on Sunday, July 7, 2019., aged 75 years.

The Funeral Service is to take place at St. Marks Church, Pensnett, on Tuesday, August 6, at 11am, followed by the Committal at Gornal Wood Crematorium. Family flowers only please.
