Patricia Peacefully passed away Monday, July 8, 2019, aged 75 years. Funeral Service to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Tuesday, July 30, at 11am. Family flowers only. Donations welcome for The Stroke Association. Pat will be forever in the hearts and prayers of her beloved Husband David, Daughters Claire and Leanne and all their beloved Family and Friends.
