Pauline Sadly passed away Sunday, June 9, 2019, aged 73 years.
Funeral Service to be held Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at Streetly Crematorium, West Chapel, 10am.
Pauline will be dearly missed by all her Family and Friends.
Donations if desired to Dementia UK.
