Passed away at New Cross Hospital on Saturday, May 25, 2019, aged 78 years.

Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel on Tuesday, June 25, at 2.15pm.

Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to The Renal Unit, Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
