Patricia (Jane) Passed away peacefully on February 5, 2019, aged 63 years.

Will be greatly missed by Husband Brian and her Family of Friends who all loved her dearly.

Jane was a wonderfully caring person and an outstanding lady. Now reunited with her beloved parents Doreen and Peter.

Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Wednesday, March 6, 2019, at 11.15am.
