(Jan) On February 9, 2019, peacefully at her home in the presence of her Family following a short illness borne with amazing courage, determination and bravery, Jan Hadley, of Laburnam Road, Lanesfield, Wolverhampton, formerly of Dean Close, Stourbridge, of Ivanhoe Street, Dudley and of Bridgnorth, aged 64 years.

The Wife of the late Michael Hadley and a dearly loved Mother, Nan, Sister, Sister-in-law and Aunt.

Much loved, Jan will be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service at Gornal Wood Crematorium, Dudley (DY3 2PT) on Monday, March 11 at 10.20am.

No mourning dress by request. Please wear bright colours to reflect Jan's outgoing personality.

Family flowers only by request please but donations, which are to be divided between Compton Care and The P.D.S.A., are being gratefully received for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Crematorium or online at www.perryandphillips funerals.com.
