Passed away peacefully, at home, on September 27, 2018, aged 71 years.
He will be greatly missed by Carole, all Children and Grandchildren, Family and Friends.
Funeral Service will take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Thursday, October 18, 2018, at 1.30pm.
Family flowers only.
Donations if desired for The Georgina Unit and St James' Medical Practice District Nurses.
I really don't know where to start, the day you left it broke my heart, today, tomorrow,[s]my whole life through, I will always love and remember you.
