Passed away on Friday, August 17, 2018, aged 82 years. Will be sadly missed by all the Family. Funeral to be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Monday, September 17, at 11am. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Derek are for Parkinson’s UK and/or Waterside Care Home and can be placed in the donation box at the Funeral.
