Passed away at New Cross Hospital on Thursday, July 19, 2018, aged 70 years.

Kathleen will be sadly missed by all her loving Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will take place on Monday, August 13, 2018, at 12 noon, Streetly Crematorium, West Chapel.
