Passed peacefully away on May 28, 2018, aged 69 years.

Funeral to be held on Friday, June 22 at Bushbury Crematorium, East Chapel at 11.30 am, followed by Burial at Bushbury Cemetery.

Family flowers only, donations if desired for The British Legion.
