Sadly passed away at New Cross Hospital on May 21, 2018, aged 76 years.

Keith will be sadly missed by his loving Family.

Funeral Service arranged for Friday, June 22, 2018, at St Michael & All Angels Church, Tettenhall at 10.45am, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel at 12 noon.
