Passed away peacefully at her home on April 13, 2018, aged 47 years.

Sally lost her fight for life following an illness fought wtih great courage and determination.

Mom of Tom, Eva, Ruby, Annie and Twins Winnie and Tilly, Mother-in-law of Jen and Dan, dear Nanny of Hunter, Daughter of Kath and the late John James, Sister of Martin, Lindsay and Sadie, Sister-in-law of Tracie and Sam and a special Aunt, who was much loved andwill be sadly missed by all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service and Interment at The Parish Church of St Chad, Pattingham, on Friday, April 27, at 1pm and afterwards for post Funeral reception at Pattingham Working Mens Club.

Family flowers only please but donations for Compton Care are being gratefully received, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at the Church or online at www.perryand phillipsfunerals.com
