Sadly passed away Monday, February 5, 2018, aged 70 years.

Derek was much loved and will be dearly missed by all his Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will be held at Holy Trinity Church, Short Heath, 2pm on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, followed by the Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel.

Family flowers only please.
