Passed away suddenly on December 19, 2017, aged 49 years.
Loving Fiance of Jenny, dearly loved Son of Les and the late Pat, Father of Charlie and Brother of Becky.
Funeral Service at Telford Crematorium on Friday, January 26, 2018, at 3pm.
A token of bright coloured clothing would be welcomed.
Family flowers only by request but if desired donations for the British Heart Foundation would be appreciated.
