Died suddenly on July 20, 2012, aged 87 years.
Devoted Husband of the late Jo and loving Father of Pam.
Funeral Service to take place on Tuesday, August 14, 2012, at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 2pm.
No flowersby request.
Donations if desired payable to The British Diabetic Association and The British Heart Foundation.
A donation box will be provided at the Crematorium.
