Passed away peacefully at home, on September 20, 2017, aged 56 years.
A precious Husband, Dad, Grandad and Son, who will be very sadly missed and fondly remembered by all his Family and Friends.
Funeral Service will be held at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Thursday, October 5, at 11am.
