Sadly passed away on August 25, 2017, aged 69 years.
Funeral Service will be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel on September 12, 2017 at 3pm.
Family flowers only. Donations in lieu appreciated to go to Beacon Centre for the Blind can be placed in the donation box at the Crematorium.
