It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Pat, after a short but dignified illness.

She will be sadly missed by Children Paul and Dawn, Grandchildren Anna, Ben, Ali and Lily, also Great-Grandchildren Max and Oliver and all her Family and Friends.

Funeral Service to take place on Thursday, August 17, Bushbury Crematorium West Chapel, 3pm.
