Funeral to take place at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Monday, July 31, at 11.15am.

In memory of a dear Mom and Nan

We sat beside your bedside,our hearts were crushed and sore, we did our duty to the end, till we could do no more.

In tears we watched you sinking, we watched you fade away and although our hearts are breaking, we knew you fought so hard to stay.

From loving Son Tony, Grandchildren Carl, Penny, Nathan, Megan, Mia-Brooke, Scarlet and Eyisia.

We sat beside your bedside, not knowing what to do, we held your hand and kissed your face and gently talked to you.

We told you that we loved you and wantedyou to stay but in our hearts we realised you had to slip away.
