Passed away peacefully at home on June 11, 2017, aged 67 years, surrounded by his loving Family.

Much loved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother and best Friend.

We little knew that morning that God wouldcall your name. In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. You left us beautiful memories, your love is still our guide and although we cannot see you, you are always by our side.

Our Family chain is broken and nothing seems the same but as God calls us one by one the chain will link again.

Thank you for choosing us as your Family.

A Celebration of Bazza's life to take place at St Mary's Church, Bushbury on Thursday, July 6, at 1.15pm, followed by a Private Cremation at Bushbury.
