Funeral Service at Fallings Park Methodist Church, Wimborne Road, Wolverhampton, WV10 0NN, on Monday, June 26, 2017, at 10.15am, followed by Committal at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, at 11.15pm.

Family flowers only.

Donations if desired to Compton Hospice, box provided at the Funeral.
