Funeral Service to be held at All Saints Church, Lapley on Monday, June 19 at 2.30pm.
Followed byInterment at Lapley Churchyard.
Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to Diabetes UK and Hope House Children's Hospice, for which purpose a collection box will be provided at Church.
