Passed away peacefully on Monday, June 4, 2012, aged 74 years.
Funeral Service to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel, on Monday, June 18, at 4pm.
Family flowers only but donations to Cancer Research UK.

Tired and weary you made no fuss, you tried so hard to stay with us, your strength had gone but your courage remained, right to the end you never complained.
You closed your eyes and fell asleep, God called your name and gave you peace.
