Burial at Gornal Wood Crematorium on Thursday, February 23, at 12 noon.
Funeral Service to follow 1pm at Christian Life Centre,Sedgley Street, Wolverhampton.
Family flowers only. Donations if desired to Upper Apostolic Church, Christian Life Centre, WV2 3AJ to benefit Church and Dudley Kidney Patient Association.
