Passed away peacefully at home on January 15, 2017 aged 74 years.

The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 2, at 12.30 pm at St Augustine's Church, Stourbridge Road, Dudley, DY2 0TG. Followed by Interment at Dudley Cemetery, DY1 2DA, at 1.30pm.

We have decided that we are only having immediate Family flowers at the Service. If you would like to make a donation to Birmingham Children's Hospital then there will be an opportunity to do so at one of the Services. We would be very grateful of any small token and thank you in advance for your generosity.

The Family and I would like to take this time to thank you all for the support, cards, flowers and condolences that we've received. We will be forever grateful of your support through such a difficult time.
