Sadly passed away on Friday January 6, 2017, aged 73 years.

Funeral Service to be held at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Linthouse Lane, Wednesfield, on Thursday, February 2, 2017, at 12 noon, followed by Burial at Bushbury Cemetery.

Flowers welcome or if desired donations to LDS Humanitarian Aid, a donation box will be provided in chapel.
