Sadly passed away in City Hospital, on December 29, aged 72 years.

The Funeral Service will take place at 11.30am, on Thursday, January 26, at Sandwell Crematorium, Newton Road.

Family flowers only.

Donations to Brain Tumour Research, for which purpose a box will be provided at the Service.
