Passed away suddenly at Russells Hall Hospital Tuesday, December 13, 2016.
Heaven has gained another angel and a star to shine bright at night.
Funeral to be held on January 20, 2017, at Gornal Crematorium, 1.30pm.
Always in our thoughts.
Mom, Cliff and Paula, Pete and Carol, Stephan and Lads, Stuart and Nick, Paula and Shaz, Simon and Diane.
