Sadly passed away on Tuesday, November 22, 2016, aged 73 years.

Patricia was much loved and will be missed dearly by all her Family and Friends.

The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at Streetly Crematorium, East Chapel at 2.30pm.

All flowers are welcome.

Donations, if so desired, for Breast Cancer UK.

Her life is to be celebrated (no black ties please).
