Passed away peacefully on November 12, 2016, aged 95 years.
Sadly missed by Sons David and Andrew and their Families.
Funeral Service and Cremation to take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Monday, November 28, at 11.40am.
Family flowers only please.
