Passed away on Friday, March 30, 2012, at St Giles' Hospice, Walsall, aged 77 years.
Funeral to take place at St Giles' Church, Willenhall on Wednesday, April 11, 2012, at 12.45pm, followed by Interment at Willenhall Lawn Cemetery, at 1.15pm.
Following the Funeral, Family and Friends are welcome to The Duke of Cambridge Public House to Celebrate Ray's life.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to St Giles' Hospice, Walsall.
