Sadly passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, aged 91 years.

Funeral to be held at Bushbury Crematorium, West Chapel on Thursday, July 28, 2016 at 3pm.

Family flowers only please.

Donations, in memory of Joan, made payable to Parkinson's Research UK can be placed in the donation box at the Funeral.

I cried when you passed away, I still cry today, although I loved you dearly, I could not make you stay.

A golden heart stopped beating, hard working hands at rest, God broke my heart to prove He only takes the best.

Those special memories of you will always bring a smile, I wish I could have you back even for a little while.

The fact that you're no longer here will always cause me pain but you're forever in my heart Mom until we meet again.
