Sadly passed away on June 8, 2016.
Funeral Service, Thursday, June16 at Stourbridge Crematorium at 4.10pm.
Family flowers only.
Donations accepted for The Georgina Ward, Russells Hall Hospital.
Afterwards at Cradley Sports and Social Club, Colley Lane, Halesowen, B63 2TN.
