Of Wordsley, sadly passed away on April 13, 2016, aged 91 years.

Reunited with her beloved Husband Bill, a much loved Mum, Nan and Great-Nan who will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all Family and Friends.

Funeral Serviceto take place at Gornal Wood Crematorium, on Friday, May 6, at 11.40am.

We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name, in life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same.

It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone, for part of us went with you, the day God called you home.

You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side.

Our Family chain is broken and nothing seems the same but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.

Nan Pat, we will miss your fun and humorous nature, you were always so cheery, we will miss the huge smile that you had all the time which lit up every room.

Thank you for memories filled with love and joy, your kindness made everyone feel at ease.

Your laughter was infectious, you loved life, you loved your Family and that love will always live on.

We know you will be enjoying being reunited with Grandad Bill now.
